going to sandusky fri sat,,,well be driving ,,looking for some cool resturants,,,maybe some with docks nearby to check the local stuff out,,,,anybody

Not much in Sandusky aside from Cedar Point. They do have a couple monstrous indoor resort/water parks- probably a better choice for the dead of winter.
You're just minutes from Kelley's Island (the offshore crowd hangs at the Casino) and South Bass Island/Put-In-Bay, which is party central- but still family friendly during the week and daytime on the weekends.
