Yes that was me, I was out on the lake a couple hours earlier and it was kinda rough. A little to rough to work out the kinks with my new power. (dam fuel pumps)

Chicken, What ya doin this weekend.........? I need to switch those drives back to spinning out. I never ran it in any rough water last year and it CAN NOT carry the bow through the waves. In calm water its not bad. (another 10 min drive change)

Depends on which one.....there were two of us out there. The two tone blue one and my white one. Funny thing is, that blue one was what mine looked like when I bought it prior to paint.

But yes, I was on the beach Saturday.

An all white libby with a white fairing? were you in Hank Sunday?? If so I think Todd H and I were trying to figure out what type of boat that was. I parked next to the bluish-teal libby Saturday around 6 when JimV and I took his Fountain up to Muskegon. Stop and introduce yourself if you see Todd or I. I have an all white Scarab Panther and Chicken has the white with black checkered Advantage.

Rookie, you want to do the drives sat.morning at the house?

Flamingo, brower park (mecasta county park) is nice and it is between the main party spot (consumers beach) and the sand bar. The lauch is decent and plenty of 38'+ boats launch from there.

mix: river ridge is the nicest place on the river. but you well not be able to lauch that 38 there. but brower park is only a couple of miles down the river, and maybe 5 miles by car.

see you there
todd

Not only is manuvering in a tight spot a problem, but the ramp is WAY too short as well (last I knew)! I have heard of several boats launching there and having to call a wrecker/tow truck because the trailer wheels went over the ramp's edge------And the owner/management of the place still doesn't even have any kind of warning sign posted. I've heard this has been going on for the last several years---not good!
