The "official" 2008 Georgian Bay Tour picture thread
On Saturday, a day before we left there was a 7 boat raft up of locals out at the Beckwith Island anchorage. OSO THUNDERSTRUCK was visiting from Florida and Aaron and Missy joined us for the day. Great to have them see our beautiful waters.

pic 1 - storm closing in. We were ripping down Lansdowne Channel 10 minutes from Killarney when we could see a wall of rain in front of us. Lightning put the fear in us and we pulled over to shore, threw the anchor out and the other boats rafted off of us. When the cover was half on an unbelievable deluge of rain came down. We got the tunes going and had a party for a half hour till it passed.
pic 2 & 3 - leaving Killarney for Parry Sound Tuesday morning. Cool but sunny and eventually warmed up.
