I seen a quick blurb on TV today that the EPA is going to spend 2.2 Billion over the next 5 years to "clean up" the Great Lakes [get rid/prevent evasive species IE: ASIAN CARP!, etc] There was supposed to be a press conference at 10.30 this morning. Has anyone got any more info, or have a website where I could read/research a little more? I would like to learn more about what they intend to do.

Last I heard of this all the money was to be spent on studies and other useless BS. No real work to be done with the $
