91 Octane Milw area?

91 Octane Milw area?
I'm trying to locate 91 octane on the water as close to Milw as possible. Skipper Buds on the river is 89. Windthrop has 91. Anything closer to Milwaukee? Or any ideas in boosting 89 octane?
