I'll probably launch at Ohlin park (Menona), as it's only 3 miles from where I warehouse the boat. I usually play on Menona a bit, then go through the channel to Waubesa, and then hit Gilligans on the way back through.
Saturday i'm going to do some last minute things such as changing drive oil and etc....
Sunday is supposed to be 90 degrees, i'll head out that day with the boat. Maybe i'll see you out there.

Sounds good dude. Give a call if your coming up. I don't know who i'm taking with me yet. If i take the girlfriend, i won't be running too hard, she's a go fast boat virgin. I probably don't want to get too crazy being the first time out with the work i did, I'll have the hatch up a couple of times for sure checking things out..........

I will give you a call Saturday evening or Sunday morning and let you know what time I'll get there. Your girlfriend is going to be hooked after a few rips. lol Just break her in easy. You need some grab handles on the passenger side so she can hold on tight. I'll be checking mine as well to make sure all is good.

Wow I hope that this weekend is not the trend for the year. A ton of boats NO WAY I could even run on Sunday. Went on the toon instead and watched the dorks hit the sand where the lake meets the river. I saw too many close calls and put it back on the trailer. My prob is to just run on plan I am faster that half the boats out there. On the up side, I did have a good day on Sat. but lost $30 getting sucked out of the boat on the way past tipperary. Did you find it? Got the new tachs dialed in but had a time getting her starboard side started at the launch( Kwik Trip) Crapload of water in the gas. Anyhow hope everyone made through that mess safely.
Saw the lightning makeing some runs, sounds great.
P.S. You go to Sunset Harbor?

Menona and Waubesa and gilligans were packed. Launches were packed and a pita, still not too bad of a day for testing purposes. Pretty damn rough out there for me though. Think i only hit full throttle for about 15 seconds yesterday. My raw water pump is leaking oil, so i'm going to get a new pump before memorial day. I kinda thought i messed it up trying to rebuild it but wasn't sure. I'm planning on being out on Lk. WI on saturday. I'll let rev'd up tell his story. lol
