If you are spending 2 days on St. Clair you are obligated to check out The Moot and Gull Island. Both about a 15 minute boat ride from Mac and Rays. If you have kids probably stick to Gull. Have Fun!
Gull Island is a cesspool... If you have kids go to Strawberry Island. Lake St. Clair is generally 10-12'. There aren't many weird spots but there are a couple (sand island, 100 yards out from Gull Island, etc.). It's generally a fun lake and a helluva great time!

No kids, just 2 couples, 2 boats. I think the Harrison Township Offshore Powerboat Race will be a great hit for us, we're gonna go watch that and drink a few beers.
Hope to see some of you guys down there...........

Good lunch stop on the detroit river is sinbads right next to the roostertail across from belle isle, the ride from leamington to st clair is no more than an hour or so, strawberry island is a good spot up that way as well, harsons island is a great spot to visit as well if in st clair, should be a good trip, try and make a stop at the casino on kellys island, very popular for the offshore guys.

Default Can't launch from Leamington

For our trip, we can't launch from Leamington because of the the damage caused by the tornado. We were thinking going to Sarnia Bay Marina. What do you guys think? Can we launch from there and park the trailers and trucks for the week? Thanks for your input.

Wild Cherry!

You could also launch from Lakeview Park Marina in Windsor. It is close to everything and at the mouth of Lake St. Clair and the Detroit River.
