Woodtick island

Hot hole is tricky to get into, unless you've done it before.
People hang out at North Cape (aka Woodtick) to the south, you have to watch the east side of the cape as if the water is down it gets shallow. Also have to pick your spot if you want to run out to the channel from WT as there are dredge dumps along the channel. I've heard people hang out at Sugar Island up in the Detroit River, never been there myself but plan on trying it this summer. The water in the Detroit rivers seems to be quite a bit clearer than we have down here. |

It's in the southern most part of maumee bay look for ottawa river
