I was planning to go

I lost two tires on the way home from the pond yesterday, actually had a tire go down due to dry rot, checked my spare and it's shot to

I also developed a leak in my transom Sunday, thinking bellows or a seal

Two strikes for me- maybe next year

Have Fun

This will be my second year...pretty much stayed south of Brower last year and was only out for a couple hours because I had to work. Where is the upper sand bar and can a 21 foot deep vee with outdrive get into the area? Figured that might be jet boat territory! Thinking of dropping in at the 131 bridge with above boat, any issues with depth there? Thanks!!! Rob

I don't really post on here, just lurk, but I went. I live less than 10 minutes south of the river. I took a few pictures though...

yeah the sandbar is just a little ride downriver from the 131 boat ramp. I run it all with my 24ft no problem much bigger boats then mine make the run.

My boat is too big I think for that ramp but I been trying to figure out HOW you get to it? I drove all the back roads out of rodgers heights when I am up there at my parents but have never found the way, Smitty
