Im right there with you.....Im on the Clinton River also. My boat was sitting on the bottom late September and took me a good 45 minutes to get her unstuck on her way to storage. That damn Clinton River Cruise Boat, every time it came through it would suck what water was left in the well and then it would rush back in tossing the boat all over.........anyways lets hope for a real Michigan winter like we used to have.

Not sure if it's still there but there was a picture in Lands End Marina ( the old Zinners) from the early 1960's that showed Anchor Bay almost completely separated from the main lake by exposed land.
I remember going down to a home near the Monroe area in 1972 to sandbag a rising lake Erie. In 1987 I had to build up my side dock in Michigan Harbor appx. one foot.
It is cyclic.

I flew over the lake on Saturday. The lake level looked alot better from this winter. I saw dredging rigs at various marinas. I havent boated on St Clair but I was hoping to try it this year.
