Does anyone on here go to that? I went last year and it was a blast! Craziest boat party ive ever been to (like 10,000 pl, 5000 boats)! Met some nice boaters too.
Its on Lake Erie on the CDN side but a lot of Americans go too.

We have been going for 5 or 6 years now. (memory fogs with time).
Anyway, we always have a convoy of boats and trailers ( had as many as 6 one year, quite a sight on the road) leaving Port Colborne McDonalds around 7am to run to Port Dover to launch.
Launch at Dover is quite nice for $20. Launch your boat and when you park your truck they have golf carts and a driver to pick you up to run back to to your boat so the ramp does not clog up much.
Same on your return at the end of the day. Golf cart guy takes you to your rig to speed things up a bit. Just awesome!
Trip is about 20 mins across from Dover. Then there is the required cruise up and down for 30 mins to find a good spot to anchor. Then its relax and enjoy the show!
Cops are not too bad as long as your not an asshat you should be fine but make sure you have your registration and all safety gear requiered for your boat.
Planning on doing it again this year!

We've been going for several years now. Always a great time, if we are full of vigor in the morning we shoot over on the watercraft from Turkey Point, less vigor we take the boat. Great times, 99% awesome people and the police just want to make sure everyone has fun and gets home safe. Usually someone has 15 people on a pontoon boat with 4 life jackets, they get enough tickets to keep the party going.
