USACE Detroit shows Lake Michigan 2" lower than last year on May 31, and their expected date where Lake Michigan is at the same level as least year looks to be mid-July. Still 20" below long term average

If I reading that chart correctly? It appears the forecast for Lake Ontario is above last years level and in late summer/Fall actually above average, but, I'm NO geologist either so I could be mistaken

Was in 1000 islands this past weekend, near Gannoque and surroundings. Water levels seemed normal to me? Didnt look really low or really high.

"We" being Lake Michigan? or all the Great Lakes? From what I can tell it appears to be a little higher than last year in June, at least where I am, but, still a lot lower than 10 years ago )-:

The problem where I am (1000 Islands) was in the Fall, last year in the summer the water was definitely lower than average, but, when Fall came the water REALLY dropped,,from that low point late last Fall to "now" it appears the water has come up as compared to the previous Fall/ Spring. If that makes sense. LOL

Not sure how accurate this is, the regulars on Lake Erie say the lake is down nearly three feet. I know our freighter that runs from Picton to Toronto with cement still can't haul a full load. And that's Lake Ontario.

I was out on LSC memorial day. Launched at Metro Beach- water seems about the same as last year but no lower. Maybe all the rain will help.

Erie is up a lot, near the high water mark from last spring/summer now.
