Hot Boat Weekend. Hardy Dam
#11
I will be there from Thurs nite thru Sun at Brower park site# 194. For any of you guys that have never been to Brower there are no pets allowed, I know so many people who didn't know that or forgot and showed up toting their dog just to be turned away! I look forward to seeing everyone, Smitty

Sorry to hear that Smitty.
This HotBoat is looking like it's going to be a great turnout. Apparently we have that lower 1/4 of the park reserved. The Indiana guys contacted me and are getting a couple of sites.
Also, if anyone has a set of Bravo1 26 Pitch I know someone who would like to try them.
I have a few sets that I will also bring along. 29's and 30's

Oxbow has limited parking for really long truck/trailer combos on busy weekends. The Launch is ok, The last time I was there it was cheaper to launch than Brower. Brower has a big field to park in for overflow. If you cant launch or recover your boat well dont't go to Brower because there is an audience (lawn chairs and everything).

Most of the time i put in under the 131 bridge at the DNR launch and then stay up river at that sand bar for the weekend but i am thinking about going down river with some other people. With the wife gone at school i really don't know what i feel like doing it is more fun to party with her then solo.
