Anyone wanna buy a project boat?
I'm already looking at a project boat and am conflicted on whether to pull the trigger or not.... We need that building!

don:t do it!!!!! Run forest, run!!!

it's not bad when you have two boats, one you can still get out on. That, and don't let it take 4 years like I did, too frustrating, it wears you thin and takes the fun out of it. "Bleeding Cash" should be the name on the back of mine....

Well, Thanks for the insite... I am fortunate enough to have two running boats, so I guess I shouldn't press my luck. The "bleeding cash" thing is what was keeping me from pulling the trigger...

You would've had a partner in the cigarette support group on the Westside....
But I guess I'll take the words of wisdom and run....

Enjoy your boats. Buy one that runs, there is always much to do even if they run.
