I am so freaking sick of this weather. Being an avid boater in Michigan, every winter seems longer than it should. This year has been awful... Having the worst winter, since I have been alive in addition to purchasing a new, to me, boat has combined to make me miserable. In addition to that, I sold my summer wheels/tires from my G8 GT and purchased a new set that I can't wait to bolt up (but since the weather and roads both suck, I am stuck staring at the new wheels/tires every time I go to the garage.) Went to Autorama at Cobo over the weekend, and having built a custom show car and a few motorcycles (all have been class winners at Autorama) has really created a spring fever (as I have a project in the garage). I slipped and fell flat on my back (already a mess due to two precious fusion surgeries) in my driveway after returning from Cobo on Sunday and have been very sore since, then finding out we are forecasted to get hit with another 8"-10" starting tonight into tomorrow. All of this has combined to put me in a pretty rotten mood. Then my boss sends me a text from Mississippi telling me he pulled his boat out of storage over the weekend and was getting it cleaned up.... That wasn't more salt in an already festering wound....... I have to travel to Columbus MS next week for work. I cannot wait to get the hell away from this state. Sorry, rant over.............. Just needed to vent a bit.

hauled AZZ out of GR Michigan 30 years ago with my van ,gf , best friend and my little hotrod boat and never looked back.
Only problem down here right now is after this winter and all the baby boomers this place is going to go crazy with building again.
Time to head further South
