Back into boating after starting a family. Looking to meet some new offshore boating friends to hang out with next year. We do most of our boating on the bay, but head to Tawas and Torch Lake quite often. Bought a 2008 '29 Fountain, 525 EFI, white hull with red, black and orange lazer graphics.

Welcome! Lots of great Powerboaters in your area! But I do my best to convince all of you to come visit us and run out of the Bay on Lake Michigan! Good times! Look forward to meeting you this summer.

Nice purchase. I am on the Saginaw River/Saginaw Bay quite often and anchor off of Bay City State Park. Family has a cottage at Eagle Bay Marina I run out of also (Standish). I run a Teal/white Checkmate 253 Convincor.

Congrats on the new ride! We are local and do some boating on the bay, but also head north to TC area or south to LSC quite a bit.
Would be in for a fun run somewhere in the area if there are other interested parties.

In the spring I'll start a post for meet up and run on the bay. Boaters beach is a great place to have a few pops and then we can head up river to Hooters for food. Right next door is Liberty Harbor to dock temporarily or overnight for people staying the weekend. Across the river is the Doubletree hotel. If anyone has another location I'm open. Asb929 is your boat at Bay Harbor right now?
