Default The B.S has started already....

I was over in Grand Haven yesterday on watch to Baja boats go out the talking to them for a while on the dock. They said they just want to go out in the channel because they were doing some work on the boats. they commence to leaving the dock and they didn't even get a hundred yards from it before the man pulled them over and boarded their boats. 2 boat in the whole goddamn Channel and they gotta pop someone on their first startup of the Season.

The whole town of grand haven just sucks anymore.

my friend was involved in that whole lawsuit against the state of Ohio. And he said that the judges agreed with the Fourth Amendment rights. I think it can be done here in Michigan you would just need to get enough people to protest that and which I don't think would happen

I thought Michigan passed the law that makes it so the marine folks neeed to have an articulable reason to stop you just like on the road.

Am I wrong?

Sat on my buddies boat in front of the Pink Shell yesterday at about 7 pm with a 3 knot current ripping out watched the Coasties pulling over every boat and at one time they ran a sailboat up into the shallows and ran him aground and than left.

phuckin unbelievable

The cops pulled over my buddy in his sailboat for making a wake and than rammed his Boat while trying to pull up to him. He had 5 thousand dollars worth of damage.
