Default Put-in-bay Laborday

We are planning on leaving Lake Erie Metro park Saturday and heading to put in bay.
Is anyone else planning on being in the area over the weekend?
Are there any hazards we need no be aware of en route?
I know it'll most likely be packed and rafting is a must. That being said what marina does everyone recommend? I know beggars can't be choosers.
Thanks

Kellys is THE laborday destination..thought RT will progably have bigbird at pib...B dock is the popular spot, use the radio, dont just pull in or the dock guy has a coronary. I use the state park docks. no rafting or people climbing on the boat and much quiter when you do decide to pass out.

You can also try to reserve a slip at Middle Bass State Park and take a shuttle to PIB for the action.

Big Bird will be on B dock tonight (Yellow 47 Fountain, named Triple A) Stop by and say hi. I'm the only guy on the dock with a stroller next to my boat

Be sure and call on the radio on channel 68. They will get you in and take good care of you. What kind of boat will you be in?

Give me a shout or send me a text when you're heading over, I can give you a dock space update if you like.
