Thumbs up GTMM/Dragon 2nd Overall in Cowes 2014

Here is a nice shot of Smokin' Aces. They finished second overall. Here's a great shot from a spectator. Vector Marine finished 1st overall with 700 ILMOR power while Smokin Aces is still running the 625 ILMOR power. Congradulations on a strong run.

Still looking for a buyer for GTMM39 #1. This is the Blue open cockpit boat with staggard 700sc's.

That blue boat is one sharp looking package!

As I recall, wasn't that one a std glass/kevlar layup rather than carbon/epoxy layup?

Really cool looking boat! Kinda reminds me of an Outerlimits, hopefully without the really high price tag!

The layup is a standard (non-epoxy) layup. This makes the boat right so much nicer than the epoxy layup they used on the Dragon's. They were very stiff and between 50-70 they would beat you up. The strength of the boat is just as good thanks to Cosker's layup schedule but with a much nicer ride. The price is much lower than a 39 Outerlimits. Gio would probably make someone a great deal on this one to move on to make #2 and the 27 project.

im the owner of Smokin Aces i will try to get around to putting up some pics of the boat ,all i can say is its an awesome boat i only have 1250 hp im racing 200 miles in all sea conditions against boats with double the horse power and we are always hard on their heals and just mins behind , the boat handles rough water so well and is perfectly balanced and never catches you out !

Love to try the new pleasure version !

Worked with Scott and Craig on the Dragon project. Was an incredible experience. Haven't seen much this hull design doesn't do well except go slow. The New GTMM 39 is an even more improved hull design that can handle anything you can throw at it. The new layup schedule give the hull a nice ride at all speeds.

Great to here Smokin Aces is still going strong. Good luck.
