Hi I have a similar set up and go through Markel so you might want to try them. The only thing I can say is that I have been with them for 10 years mine is a 2000 bought new with no claims. Have you run it yet? what kind of speeds are you getting?

Hey Chris great news they insured you, did you tell them the actual speeds you were getting? I have a 588 super charged intercooled fuel injected motor 920hp and 940 tq on the dyno, I do 115-117 gps at 5600rpm with 2 people depending on wind etc. I have 1.36 gears and run a 34 bravo wheel. Was that 119 on gps? if so you definatly have more hp than 900 I think, what prop and gears do you have? I also run a imco drive which has stayed together pretty well for me.
