Im sure ive asked this question before, but how does G-Force handle with the speedmaster drives and with the weight in the back?? Stability at speed and for ruff water?? Im guessing better than a bravo slingshot cause the bite of the drives and the added weight.

I've never been in a Bravo Slingshot so my comments would only be based on my experience with the Speedmasters. The skegs on the #5's are bigger which probably gives more stability but with more drag. Keep in mind that the Huber 1330's move the engines forward. While not an Apache, the Slingshot hull layup is stout. I'm on Lake Ontario which can often be rough. The boat doesn't slap or feel like its coming apart. As for handling, its like a well balanced race car. If you point it in the right direction and don't do anything stupid, you'll be all right. I always tell guests that the riskiest part of the boat ride is getting it into the Hydro-Hoist. Anytime those big probs are turning, the boat's going somewhere. As you know, ride and handling are subjective and every boat design has a sweet spot and trade-offs of weight, etc. All I know is that I love to nail it at about 75 and let those blown 572's wail for awhile!
