I wish I did know someone looking - I would have led him right to CB's boat. Not quite sure what you mean by he was looking to make a couple of bucks, Chris lost a small fortune on that boat. I just wonder how someone takes the boat from the South Shore of Long Island, moves it to Middletown, NY and expects to sell it at a profit. Good luck to whoever owns it. I won't lie though - I hate seeing someone get a boat cheap with a story about restoring it and then trying to make a profit two weeks later....I understand it, but it's not cool in my book. Good luck selling yours SS - those 32's are great boats....real drivers hulls.

I meant the person who bought it from chris I didn't man chris him self. I tried to buy this boat but was two days late was a nice piece

Gotcha - I brokered the boat when Chris bought it. As the old Black Cloud it was a record setter, coming close to or cracking the 120 MPH barrier as I remember. The original owner literally kept it in his basement, it was as mint as they came. It's sad to see it being thrown from owner to owner with no regard for what it really is...or maybe was. Hopefully someone will appreciate what that boat is still capable of. It was an Arneson boat originally - but rigging it with Bravo's and boxes as Chris had it wouldn't be a bad thing again either. Either way.....I hope it ends up in good...and mechanically capable...hands soon. I still can't believe someone thinks they can "flip" a stripped out boat for a profit in this environment. It's hard enough to sell them period...much less at a profit.
