Any ideas on what the mph would be on that boat with those particular engines? Had a buddy w/a 50' Hustler with triple 500 efi's that would run 80-81 on gps. They appear to make efficient hulls judging on that compared to some other boats I've been in from time to time. I'm thinking it would still be a very solid low 70's mph boat w/the 415hp 502's.

Default 1999 slingshot @ National Liquidators & 1998 on Ebay

Hey Guy's,Had a surveyor take pic's off the one at National it's rough!!!Needs alot of paint and gelcoat repair,Interior in Cuddy has a bunch of isuues along with major motor and drive upgrading or rebuilds??The 1998 is the Boat that was for sale about 4 years ago with the bulkhead damage on both sides in front of the engines where the boat got out of control in a high speed turn.Thats why the pad is different because it messed it up I believe. The work was not done at Hustler but Joe can tell you about it with serial#.Just wanted everybody to know because sometimes people fail to pass this info on to potentail buyers??Good luck..

How much did you get it for??It has alot of stress cracks around the Windshield,Transom,There are some really big busted spots on the transom corners where it looks like some forks on a lift hit while lifting it.The paint on the sides is all gashed up and will have to be totally redone.Hope you got it for under $ 40,000 or you will have a bunch in it time you get done with this project!!!!!

You won't see 80. a Cheetah on 496s runs 84, so no way a slingshot runs 80.

Can i turn the props inward rotation and is it some gain in speed or is it like that oem on the slingshot?

The 502efi engines that im taking out of the boat vs 496 HOs 425hp ?? Difference in performance??

Why get rid of 502 EFI's for 496HO's? The 502EFI-black motors are extremely reliable stock, and great base to build from.

The engines had over 800hrs on them. I would have swapped them out too.
