At least the kids have vests on, but the cheapees? Who trusts those things on a dingy, let alone a perf boat. Reminds me of the helmet analagy -"Have a $10head? Then buy a $10 helmet!"

Yeah there's some blwoer whine in there too.

I doubt those were his kids... It sounded like the kid's belonged to the guy that was holding the camcorder. He probably brought the brats and the cheapie vests...
