I had a 2003 388 with 575's with shortys would run 92 mph on a hot day and was on rails. Call Joe at Hustler, instead of guessing at the problem.

I put -2 imco on at the end of summer with herring 32 five blades and the boat wont even come close to getting on plane ive tried 1/2 spacer's and got a little closer so now its on to 1 1/2 im sure it will now at least i hope

i have the ITS setup with Herring 5 blades and she comes out the hole very good, every now and then it will try and blow out.

FWIW I have two 500's built to 580 hp each and running XR drives. Boat runs a solid 92 in nearly any condition. Running labbed 28 Bravo's and still not turning them more than about 5200. You need to run a neutral setting on your tabs. I find if I pick them all the way up I get porpus on the top end.......

I've got two 565ci pushing 720 each and before with just the xr's she would hit 92 easy now both motors are out of the boat for a refresh and dyno time and i'll see what i can get out of the old boat this summer

im running 565's in my 99 388 little over 700 each with bravos. you should see 100 or REAL close

I ve seen imco shorties in the swap shop section

We got props, Hydro 5 blades and Merc 4 blades.....
