Slingshot with 500's need's prop help.
I am having a hard time finding out what pitch props I should be running on my 2001 Slingshot with 500 EFI's and XR drives. I'm currently running 30 pitch but it tops out at 80 at around 5400 RPM. I don't feel I'm running out of motor but I think I need to step up the pitch on the prop's. Any help you guys could give me would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

any idea where your rev limiters are set at? i thought stock 500 efis where 5300 but not sure. i was running whippled 500efis making 750 ish HP with 1.5 XRs and was spinning 30 pitch bravo1 at 5600. im sure someone with more experiance will chime in, the hustler thread is a little slow so hang in there

500efi's came with 1.5 barvo bravo 4blade 30's.My factory test report said 5300 at 86.7 That was prob down hill
Most of them are around 83-85.
Has anything been done to the motors?
Also has the props been repaired or moded?
32's may be too much of a jump,I know mine in the heat of the summer top rpm was different than cool and light on gas.
