I have done both... mostly calling.

Each time I call, I get a person telling me that they are swamped and will call me back in an hour or two.

I am not in a huge hurry (winter in here), but want to get an idea of costs. If it is too high priced from the factory, I will get a custom one made.

They have a new guy in parts,but that part of there business was bad about returning call. I complained to Mary Ellen she helped out.Ask for Joe tell his your getting the run around .Thay are slow about making stuff in the winter,boat shows.

I hate it when people leave ya hanging ,ya cant get anything done that way .When your trying to do something I wish people would at least just tell me to go to hell or give me an answer :eek: :D

Boomer did ya ever get intouch with the guy at Hustler. I orered some parts monday ,the new parts guy seems to be a nice guy.
