The 34 has a newer design bottom . I would think the 388 might benifit from that same bottom . I beleive the 344 has smaller steps .I know above 100 on them it likes the props turning in.

If the 388 had a bottom like the 344 I think it would cause even more lift then there is already in the boat .....which as we know the boat has a problem with to much lift at high speeds. But you never know. ROB where do you do your boating...what year do you have?

I would think the 344 with the smalller steps would be less lift like they did on the outerlimits?

Good thought.... I would think more steps would creat more lift.
