I have an Ilmor 5.3L GDI engine from 2018.

After several hours of operation, the engine oil level begins to rise. Eventually, the engine starts smoking heavily. It turns out that fuel is mixing with the engine oil. The high-pressure fuel pump was suspected to be the cause, so it was replaced — but unfortunately, the issue remains unchanged.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea what might be causing it?

Check your fuel pressure. A failed fuel pressure regulator can cause this condition.

If fuel pressure is correct, then you may have one or more leaky injectors.
