Default Todays Rates...

What are they looking like these days? I have seen 6.75% with the possibility of finding something lower during a boat show. ...

6.50% is what everyone has right now but they are not all GO-FAST boat friendly.

We can go 6.25% - 6.50% for $100k + right now. Cost of funds have been creeping up though. It will be interesting to see if the banks will be able to hold rates over the next few weeks.

The bank offering 6.50% will do up to twin 525's. Bigger power than that or sub 720 credit scores are going to put you just a little higher. 6.5% for 20 years will put your payment at $7.46 for every $1000 financed. Let me know if you need any additional information. I will be in Miami for the entire show and we are able to work applications and issue approval letters right at the show.

6.75's and .99's are tough in this market. As these guys know, most application scores are coming in mid-600's. That puts you at tier 2 or 3, meaning 7.50-8.50. Especially anything that has bigger power than 525's. Don't get hung up on teaser rates at the show. More importantly......... watch your insurance premium. That makes a 1/2 point look like a joke.

Kyle "Loan Ranger" got me 6.75% with 20% down on my 2007 37 AT with 525EFI's with around 700-720 credit during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show...It was full documented and not stated income... At the time he gave me the best rate by .5% on a high performance and his customer service is best I have ever received. He can probably do better now that rates have ome down. Kyle’s number is 727-741-8150.

The bank will do 100% no money down up to $100k.

Will consider 10% down with that score up to $150k
