How much am I looking to spend on a 36 nor-tech cat????
From what I have been told insurance for a cat is very $$$$$$
and someone told me around $10,000 and about 50,000 a year.

about 12 depending on power, age and cat and ins history minus any down time.

gotta figure 4-5% of the insured value as a rule of thumb...EXPERIENCE IS THE KEY

The hardest part is going to be establishing Cat insurance for a first time Cat owner. DEFINITELY figure this out before you buy a boat.

Mine for last year ran $5,400 with a six month lay-up in the midwest.

I had owned one small cat previously & was quoted about 6k per year for 12 month use (36 Nortech 525 - #6 boat)

Sorry i had to go with the Daytona after that as my insurance is 1/6th of that...
