Can't help with advice here but, for a 1/4 the price I went with
a portable structure to house my boat- 18' wide 36' long 12'

Sounds like a home improvement loan (high interest) a home equity loan or a mortgage re-fi. Since the money is going right back into the piece of collateral, you should be able to get this anywhere at a strong rate- unless your credit is bad.
