Insurance help needed.

Insurance help needed.
Picking up my boat I just bought, from Miami back to Tampa ,
But my problem is that the boat has no engines on it ,just the hull and I can't find someone who would insure with out power. And will be waiting to get power, but I want the boat to have insurance on it while at the storage yard.And I will be using my friends truck to trailer the boat home so don't know if his insurance would cover anything.And that would be a gray area I don't want be in. Any help please.
