Small lending in the Midwest.... Who to use?

Looking for lenders to do small amounts, anyone in the Michigan area that you guys would recommend as far as still loaning money?

I have a lender for the mid-west that will lend as low as $25,000.

Did this, worked excellent. Michigan first CU. 6.99% (super preferred) zero down! Was done in about an hour.

Also try Dort Federal Credit Union....http://www.dortonline.org/

They offer 6.5% 10 year
6.75% 12 Year
7% 15 Year

Case by case basis for down payment but under $35K usually does not require one

Also Key Bank was helpful with me and approved with no money down no income verification but was at 8.75% for 15 years.
