Several companies do that re-listing thing for $$$. I was contacted by one of them offering to help sell my 21 last summer when they spotted it on CL or eBay.
Best bet is check the local listings near the boats actual location, sometime can track down the actual owner that way. Posting a link in the owners forum here often works too. But by all means, get the true out the door price before finance shopping.
