Hello,
I wanted to share an experience I had tonight regarding my insurance. Cliff notes: Sent payment to carrier using electronic bill pay. Devin's staff contacted me to let me know my payment was late. I then called the carrier, MISTAKE. I sent Devin a screen shot from my account showing the payment He saw that I fat fingered 1 number in the account number (I didnt notice it) He then handled everything for me with the carrier and had me covered in 30 minutes. Lessons: Be careful what you type Let your agent work for you as they are experienced and can help. I called Devin pretty upset, he told me, "Keith, I dont sell just policies, I sell service and I will get this straightened out" He delivered! Thanks Devin!!! |
