Have not had a claim on my home and my ins co raises my rates each year. Enough is enough time to shop.

Not in the High dollar club but I do have 6 single family homes and 2 multi family units and it seems that the ins companies net more on them than i do on them. No claims in years and premiums go up every year. It seems as though i get punished for being a loyal customer.

Military or retired, compare USAA rates. If not, StateF?arm and F?armers will treat you more than fairly if/when you have a claim.
