Go to www.lakelanier.com

Boat was delivered to Enzo in NY , many thanks to my partner David for hauling it up there(for fuel only). Enzo bought this boat sight , unseen. There was some issues with the color of the yellow gelcoat , so I agreed to pay to have a custom paint job put on the boat. This was the first boat that we did in yellow , let's just say we (David) can't wait to do the next one in white. I can't wait to see this boat rigged.

Doug:

Yea but it had a funky look to it. Yellow can be a b i t c h . Can't say we're dying to do another one. I like custom paint jobs anyway. You going to Destin / Worlds w/ me?

How is red to shoot solid color?

THEJOKER 09-18-2006 10:05 AM

Re: new 28 Joker

Never done a red one. Don't have enough balls to call partner and order red though - haha. Next boat is white , trying to figure race or pleasure?

White should always be an easier sell.
your other white one still for sale or gone?

Brian, I could not imagine what the problem with that yellow was...it looks GREAT! It looks just like yellow to me!

Next boat do all white but keep the color theme to either Red Silver Black or Blue Silver Black...no more Skittles boats! :drink:

Amen to that!
I'm not into that look of a 64 box of crayola's that were sitting to close to the stove.

JOKER - Great looking boat. :D

I saw that boat being towed up the NJTP or Garden State Parkway toward the beginning of June. Nice!!

spoold97 07-23-2007 05:31 PM

thanks, i wish i still lived in ny, but mom moved me out to az(crappiest state, and to me...no real boats) a few years ago. he has had some pretty nice odd ball manufactures in the past. hot pink 78 P&D (w/ a 498), 87 26' sutphen rumrunner with twin hp 406's and arneson asd6 drives, i think a corsa and now the joker. wish i was still out there but hopefully soon, and maybe then ill have a boat and own him on the Sound.LOL

THEJOKER 07-23-2007 09:58 PM

Enzo is a great guy and running well over 100 mph now.

spoold97 07-25-2007 11:42 AM

you guys did a great job on the boat, looks awesome in the pics and im sure even better in person. hopefully one day soon ill be giving you guys a call, and have one done for myself.

THEJOKER 07-28-2007 04:50 PM

Thanks. We're going to help Enzo some more w/ the boat this winter. Nice guy for sure!

pearlyellow 07-28-2007 06:01 PM

love the color

AIR TIME 07-28-2007 07:54 PM

Brian what power does he have in it and what would 670hp do with a 2'' shortie b x drive. art

THEJOKER 07-29-2007 08:06 PM

The yellow 28 Joker has 920hp. 670 hp should get 85+mph. Let me know when you get ready.

FASTERDAMITT 07-29-2007 11:20 PM

I may have missed it, but what class do you plan on running?

Great picture and great boat....yep 900+hp is just about perfect for P5 these days!

ar15meister 10-22-2007 03:03 PM

I am looking at this boat as a potential purchase.

Anyone who has one have any idea how cramped that back seat is?

From the picture it looks really nicely dont but quite small.

Can five adults actually fit comfortable in that particular boat?

masher44 10-22-2007 03:07 PM

How will that boat compare to an Activator? :evilb:

I'd like to see some more stuff on the 26 Joker. Did I read your website correct that the 26 was heavier than the 28?

We build boats just one at a time and to customers specs. The 26 is a non cored / all fiberglass bottom (1 inch thick). It weighs in at 4200 lbs rigged. You do not want a flighty , potatoe chip built boat.

Congrats on making the big leagues with your own OSO Section!!!

Boats are getting rave reviews. As you layup and build the next one, post pictures please some of us are very interested!!

ZXXX Donzi 10-25-2007 09:11 PM

That is a nice looking boat Brian. It was good to talk to you about it. I appreciate your time. I have heard some good things about your hull from some people that know their stuff. I wish I had to the time and or resources to set one of those up. I have no doubt that it will run well and fast in serious water. It will be one to watch. I would love a ride in one some day.:ernaehrung004:
