You have pics phil . I checked with my insurance company and found what I feel to be an extremely fair. I've been told once insurance companies hear "skater", they jack the rates. Also, spectre and motion are more in my price range. Everyones gotta try a cat one time. Its going to be a sad day when this kryptonite sells. I love this god damn boat.

I understand Jay. I would love to go with a 28 or 30 Skater with 300xs on it. I dont think that i could afford the insurance on one though. John (lightspeed) has a very nice 28 for sale right now, very reasonable price too. The other issue is that i dont think i could own a boat that didnt have some kind of cabin, unless it was a center console fishing boat.

Those Spectres are some nice boats too. You looking at outboards or io's? I saw that you were lookin at the 30+ foot range, so probably io's. Good luck.

Nice, I do like those 28's John. With the 300XS they run what, like 112mph dont they? Screamin fast, great gas mileage. Now if only i could afford two boats.
