Observation..........I would pull those rear vents that come out just above the swim platform and make sure the glass and core is sealed up reall good and tight with resin. Those vents will inevitably get wet and most manufacturers don't seal up the cutouts for bilge vents.

Hes got half a shot because most kryptos were rigged outside the factory. The foam core is pretty decent at not obsorbing water, but good call!

Nice! Way too much trim in the start of that video. Find neutral trim and run a couple ticks above that.

The spot that the vents are on the stern dont actually tie in to the transom itself, so if it were to get wet, it would not rot out the wood in the transom. At least that is how mine is set up. It is a seperate piece of coring that is glassed over and then glassed to the transom and to the deck, mostly just to give some support to the swim platform area.

Congrats! I built that boat new in 2001 and still miss it. Probably see you around the south shore in the skater this summer.
