Very clean boat, I have seen it up close, even towed it around the pits a few times with my truck when they used to tow it out from cali with the motor home. They always took great care of that thing, heck I think I even washed it a time or 2

Ya it looks great, we are getting ready to take it off the trailer and redo the trailer it looks a little rough. Other than that I think we are just going to buff it and go play.

This is a 2750 hull correct? They are extremely fast boats. Putting 1100hp in it would be an interesting ride, but good luck getting a drive to live on that thing. I know a guy with an open bow 2750 with an 800efi and runs mid 90s. If your boat is lighter (less cabin, amenities, etc) it will run way faster. I agree with Kevin, you can't beat those boats in the rough water and obviously they have the track record to prove it. If you're thinking about a new 525 package for the boat, take a look at Teague and TPI and I bet you can get an 800efi for around the same price with a drive. Keep us updated.

I also own a 2750 and am very happy with it. I had some bottom work done and with a Whippled 500EFI, an Imco 2" shorty, AFR heads, and a hering prop, the boat GPS'd 97.6 with more left(ran out of room). No tabs had to be used either- a great ride.
Hey Kevin, how are you doing since leaving Lavey?

I actually own the original F1-11...it is a 29 nuera and was the 2001 world champion...that was when factory racing was at its pinnacle...there were 15-18 boats in just the f1 race...I bought it from the lavey factory (when they went to the 2750) and the hull was perfect...fantastic boat in the rough..and it needs a new home http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o22224-en.html
