On the Dragon being rigged in North Miami? Looks like it has some numbers on it, race boat???

Which Dragon are you talking about ?? Was it the In Command race boat?? What shop in North Miami did you see this boat. Have picts?? It would be nice to see another Dragon racing here next year.
