Someone must know this boat.
Looks to be the set up of an old raceboat.

That boat was in NJ in the early 90's, and apparently still is with the Toms River add/phone number even though it has FL registration decals on the hull. It was at the Barnegat Bay radar shoot-out in the early 90's, ran 76 mph on radar back then. I liked it then and I like it now; then again I like all Magnum Sports and Starfires.

The dash seems to be original. If so it would have to be an older race boat. or set up so, but never used as one.... that'd be a shame.



whoa... just looked at it again... more pics. at least since i posted this thread.

Looks like they took 3 original consoles and used them as the dash.
Also the deck insert(teak) looks glassed over and filled, then painted.

this Mag looks like my old race boat, I made her into a center steer, the deck was filled in, an that rear hatch was from its sister boat [Spirit] I raced her under the [Believe It P-88] name, originally she was the Damn Yankee then Showdown, and Come Again, when I sold her it became the Chemical Reaction,lost track of her, I thought this could be it too, lots of race history in this Mag. Boat looks great

In the 70's their was a lot of really cool Magnum's racing on lake St Clair, I'm just glade I was around to see it. Old School & Shade tree technology at it's best! I will try to post some pic's of my Mag.
