If I had to choose I'd say blue for some contrast.......but of course I'd do chrome.......but I'm "that way".

Have you thought about taking the triangular insert out of the deck?........then sell it to me and I'll strip it and find out what the wood grain looked like.....

Seriously.....I think it would look better out.

i already have about 80 hours into the deck....Plus the insert if i leave it everything can be put back original.........you can always redrill holes but recutting in the insert would be impossible......

Honestly....I'm kinda bummed to hear you're thinking about family boats........or just something bigger?

Doesn't your dad have that brown 35 Awesome that kicks azz?........seriously.....that is one of the most retro-cool boats out there.

no offense brother,,,,,,,,My dad use to own the old swap shop race boat and a 35 mistress.......I am not sure about what i am going to due the mag is going to be done soon and i have to have something to wotk on........I am really hiper.............

I am putting the question out again.......I am almost done with all the assembly....Time to make a decision on the lifeline.......Definatly have to powder coat the posts and replace the cable.........

MAN I DONT WANT TO DRILL HOLES BACK IN MY NEWLY PAINTED DECK...............

oh i almost forgot........Pulled the motor one more time after we fired it just to recheck the mains and rod bearings torque etc.......Everything looked beautifull............My buddies think it was a waste of time but when you have a serious case of magnum obsessive compulsive disorder it really is not that big of a deal........................

I like the life-line, keeps it old-school. My father changed it to a rail
