I see your going with the 290 XR drives,single or duel prop?I used the duel prop behind a 468 turbo eng and it worked great.Actually thought it was better than a bravo.Boat looks great.

Thanks, I am going with the duo-prop. I am unsure on the performance with it, but any comments would be appreciated.

Had A duo-prop on my Checkmate 251. It was powered by a 502. I thought the drive was awesome. Not one problem at all. Really loved it. The only problem I see with them are the cost of the props. and there are really no performance props out there. But the boat handled great with the drive and cruise speeds were very good.

Has this Maltese hit the water yet ?? A red Maltese has appeared on the hoist were my Mirage sat, before I bought it, on the Clinton River. Another new Mag in the neighbor hood, anyone have info on this one ???
