After a long winter with restoring and improving #365 she finally hit the water and we took her out for the first time.

She floats, no leaks and the engines are running a bit rich but very strong.

Slowly we bring her up to speed. I didn't want to push her on her first run since she came to Sweden so I'm only doing 53 in the drive by sequence.

Here I'm coming back in preparing to dock after the run. I'm not unhappy with the run just very focused. I'll try and look happier next time.

You must be very tall, or the boat has low freeboard !!! My sedan has high freeboard and I'm only 5'7" feel protected in the rough seas. Hope you enjoy that beautiful MAGNUM. "HIGH LIFE"

I'm only 5'11". She feels very safe to drive despite the low freeboards. I was expecting it to be a lot worse but then again it wasn't exactly rough seas yesterday.

Default Good Luck on your 1st run

She looks great,as you get her out more often you will get the feel of her. They all are a little different...wish we had water that placid in Lake Michigan.Should have both Maltese's out next week on there shake down runs. Bud

As far as I know the inlay is original. I have never seen a late Magnum with the wood inlay, except 24degrees. All photos I've seen of Magnums with the large dash has a colored inlay instead of the (fake) wooden one.
