I saw one of the navy and red striped Starfire's last night.
It had the white sign w/ 'STARFIRE' on the sides.

Anyone know the owner?

I saw it from a bit of a distance, but it looked just like this.

That boat with the 5 tanks was sold to NY or NJ so it might be the same one you saw.
