Been on here a couple times. NO TITLE!
Theres one in Ft.Lauderdale that was just restored that looks very nice. Was for sale at $4500. (bare hull) for a yr or more and just resurfaced at low-mid teens in same condition! Pic's even appear to be at same place.
Maybe they figure higher asking price will imply higher value
