Default 1981 Starfire

As you all know finding a Starfire is extremely rare,32 were produced and 12 were shipped overseas with BPM power.Currently only 5 have been located 4 in the states,Minnesota,Michigan,New York,Illinois and 1 in Canada. There may be more but that is all that a few of us Magnum people know of. Any more out there let us know.

This Starfire #404 was built on 5/81( and was the 4th from the last to be built) and was sold to ARCOR Corp in the Chicago area. It has always been a fresh water boat and has been in storage for the last 8 years. The boat comes with a top of the line trailer rebuilt small blocks, all the hardware is in place and is a solid boat. The price is $28,000 as is. There are no drives and the floor needs to be replaced, new upholstery along with other general clean up .If restoration work is required pricing will be provided,
I would expect that this Starfire complete would be worth $70-75,000.PM me with serious requests and I will call you back. Bud

Look at the piece above the rub rail behind the bolster & goes around the transom. It's taller than a regular sport is. That's the only thing I know all though I'm not sure that's all there is.

thanks, it's been the most reliable boat i have ever owned. i can't say enough good about the boat and it's got plenty of go power, it's a bit of a sleeper. they don't make boats like that anymore

Default Starfire / Magnum Master Registration list

When we publish the revised list on all Magnums builds in about a month,we hope we will be able to identify who currently owns what.Starfires,as I said are a rare boat and will fetch anywhere from $75-100,000 completed. Also the Starfire posted is going to Italy.Sad to see it leave the states.Bud
