New here with a starfire from 87 red
#11
I am very fortunate that I am able to work with the Magnum Corporation who are still located on Thunderboat row in North Miami where all of the famous Offshore racing boats were built from the 60's to the 80's.
The # you are referring to 436 is the number of the Magnum that was built and carries a HIN # Hull Identification Number.Hull # 437 built ( Keel Lay-ed) in Aug. 1988 was also was a Starfire and the last one built. This comes from a official list that was provided by Magnum.
There were only 30 Starfires built and half of them were sold overseas,so it is always exciting to find another one that has survived. Please post lots of photos. Bud
